With all that goes on in life, it’s easy to forget what the next step is when a loss occurs. Below is an overview of the claim process:
If you need assistance during our normal business hours, please call our agency. During weekends and evenings, please call your insurance company’s claims department listed at the right. Please note that this is not a complete list of our insurance companies. If your insurance company is not listed to the right, it is incumbent upon you to obtain the contact ionformation (most, if not all, of the companies we represent have a website) and contact them directly. If you are unsure of who your insurance company is, it should appear on the upper right hand side of your certificate of insurance or on the front of your policy.
When you report a loss, your friendly and helpful customer service associate will complete the necessary forms and send them to your insurance company for processing.
The insurance company will assign a claims adjuster to your account.
The claims adjuster will contact you to set up an appointment to view the damaged property and process the loss.
Our agency will work consistently with the insurance company and adjuster to resolve any questions and ensure that your claim is processed promptly and efficiently.
